Barbell Club

New to CrossFit or want to improve your Olympic Lifting? Then CrossFit Tempe Barbell Club is where you want to be! CrossFit Tempe Barbell Club is a weightlifting club that welcomes all skill levels. Whether you are an experienced lifter or new to CrossFit, the main goal is to get better.

In the Barbell Club, we learn weightlifting safety and barbell technique to avoid injury. The coach will assess skill level to ensure an appropriate starting point for each athlete.

CrossFit Tempe Barbell Club provides a positive environment where we all help each other and learn from each other. We pride ourselves on working together and focusing on all the positives. The Barbell Club is led by a USAW certified coach, Eric Rendon.
