CrossFit is the main focus of CrossFit Tempe. We do it right.
Do you lack mobility or flexibility? Do you struggle with static balance and coordination? Are you struggling with handstands, muscle ups or bar kipping?
If any of these things apply to you, or if you just desire gaining an incredible amount of strength, body awareness and skill progression, gymnastics club is the class for you! No matter what age, ability or experience level you are, this class accommodates everyone.
The CrossFit Tempe Barbell Club is a weightlifting club that welcomes all skill levels. Whether you are a new or experienced lifter, or even new to CrossFit, our weightlifting club will help you improve your olympic lifts.
Struggling to reach your toes? Unable to fully extend your arms overhead? Tight hamstrings? Tight hips? Need core strength? Want to be a better Crossfitter?

ROM Class (Range of motion)
In Crossfit it is imperative to have a full range of motion to avoid injury. Come check out ROM class to improve your range of motion!

We want to be a key factor in your fitness journey. Inspired and written by our Head Coach and Owner, Ken Miller, who has had enormous weight loss via CrossFit, CrossFit Tempe has created this program to address your needs.
We offer childcare Monday through Saturday at 9am! No need for a babysitter.
