What was your first workout?
My first on ramp workout was something with the split jerk.
Any favorite movements? least favorite?
My favorite movement is squat clean. Least favorite is anything overhead, especially overhead squat.
How has CFT impacted your life (any mental/physical changes?)
Mostly it has given me the motivation to be healthy again. I can challenge myself physically every day I walk into the box and can compare to previous performances. Mentally it has given me motivation to eat properly so I can continue to improve.
What has been your favorite moment at CFT, so far?
The 4th of July hero workout. That was the first time I had done a hero workout or been to the box with so many people.
Where are you from? What do you do in your time off?
I am from Puyallup, Washington. In my free time I read, run, or watch Netflix, currently watching Star Trek Voyager.
What’s the most challenging thing you’ve ever done?
A 3-day best medic competition for the army.
