What do YOU want? What are YOUR goals? That’s the first step we take at CrossFit Tempe – learning about you. Then we’ll design a plan together that is created to meet you where you are, today. We’ll take into consideration your lifestyle and time constraints and existing obstacles that might be holding you back. Next, we’ll deliver on that plan – sometimes it’s through 1-on-1 personal training. Or it might be in our small group, semi-private sessions. And lastly, we’ll schedule check-ins to assess your progress. We‘ll touch base on how you’re doing and see if you’re taking steps in the right direction. It’s a process, but that’s what we’re here for. That’s what coaches do.
