Whether you are an experienced lifter or new to fitness, our main goals are to get you to look good in a swimsuit and move like a weightlifter. In CFT Barbell Club, we learn weightlifting safety and barbell technique to avoid injury. CFT Barbell Club is led by certified coaches, Eric Rendon and Joe Black who will assess your skill level to ensure an appropriate starting point for you.
